This event is FREE and open to the public * Four famous Baltimoreans will return from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries to join WYPR talk show host Marc Steiner in a lively discussion about the joys and challenges of living in Charm City. Sponsored by the Maryland Humanities Council, this interactive event will bring together H. L. Mencken, Edgar Allan Poe, Thurgood Marshall, and Zelda Fitzgerald to provide their perspectives on issues of the past that Baltimoreans still struggle with today. * Join us for a unique opportunity to converse with distinguished time-traveling guests about the state of education, crime, culture, race relations, and politics.
