 Ill start off by saying, this mixtape was put together very professionally. The artwork, quality mixdowns and highlighted artists all contributed to making this a mixtape that will get a lot of attention if pushed properly. I think this will prove to be great exposure for the assembled array of talent. In addition to it being a great way to establish the Gritty Gang Movement. * The mixtape starts off with a bang with "Gully Musick" by the young grown man Ammo. This guy's overall potential is clear through out this mixtape as he clearly kills every beat he touches! "Gully Musick" is followed up by a Bmore version of "I know u don't love me." This songpays tribute to numerous Bmore artists doing their thing from Bossman to D.O.G. while still showing that R.O.P. is obviously a crew 2 keep ur eyes on. These guys are really good! Another personal favorite and possibly a classic callabo is "Let it Bang!" featuring Ogun, X.O. and Skarr Akbar. All three artist kill this beat. Big Ups to ARS - top notch production! The overall chemistry on this one is great and I especially love the hook. Other tracks that stand out are "Raw" by Shellbe Raw, Skarr Akbar's "freestlyle", "Bmore Baby" by Ogun (which by the way inspired the name of my website), "WhiteMeat" featuring Symph of Tha Plague, "All My Life" by the stylewars champ E.J. Feat. Mykeey (I need a song from this guy ASAP, what up Ogun u fake ass Barry Gordy! Lol) and the classic wild out anthem "What Party" (now that's my shit) !! * Damn that's crazy cause I almost listed the whole mixtape!Overall this mixtape is very entertaining and has a lil bit of something for everybody. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it an 8.5. From this point forward - I only expect greater projects to come in the future. * With all that said if u don't have this cd yet you need to get from under that rock and like the catch phrase of Clinton Sparks, "Get Familar!" *
