If you could create a Baltimore Hip Hop website:
or does Baltimore need a "general" music website?
What sections would you include?
What color scheme? (is Orange & Black WACK!?)
What artists should be featured? How do you decide?
Should there be classifications for artists (gangsta, conscious, spoken word, punk hop, etc.)
Should artists be allowed to create their own profiles?
