I am so late with this one but here it goes....

Attended the Stand and Deliver Concert on 10/16/05. These were my thoughts that I thought I posted, but realized I had not.

The Highlights for me were: Jahipsta- Had never seen her before. She is so pretty and her energy was so powerful. I think she was there in the place of 5th L...who were most def in the building. What up, Femi! (pictured above) What up, Dave! Thanks again for my copy of the WATER MARGIN!!! I can't wait to listen to it.

Archie the Messenger.....WOW! This brother tooooo deep!!! B-FLY and JAHITI of Brown F.I.S.H......great set!!! I'd heard so many things about the legendary Brown FISH crew...I am so glad I finally got the chance to see them perform. Jahiti has THE SEXIEST voice. "Lady" Simone....sorry I don't remember her first name....BUT visions of the famous, Nina Simone, most def come to mind. "HOW GOOD IT IS"...never sounded so sweet. Lady, you are a jewel.

SPECIAL SHOUTS TO E the poet emcee. You really displayed why you are a STAR. Not only was your performance HOT, but the show that you put together was on the level of any play/concert that I have ever went to....and I have seen shows at some of the most prestigious places. Very professional....flowed nicely....lost of energy!!!! Thank you Kelly Conelly of Baltimore's Music Monthly for coming out and checking out the show! I can't wait for the next TORCHLIGHT PRODUCTION.
